PRODUCTS
PlushWhisper products are handmade in small batches. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in shape, size, color, texture, or other small details may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We make every reasonable effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and device settings.
Product availability and quantities may change without notice.
ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide, including your name, email address, billing information, and shipping address, is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges may be calculated separately or become payable depending on the destination and the circumstances of the order.
Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout before an order can be processed.
Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

Orders are shipped from Ukraine.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, lost or delayed packages, and order cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in our policies or these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Our products are created individually by hand. Small differences between the item you receive and photographs of similar handmade items may occur.
Product descriptions provide information about the intended nature and use of each item. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, product designs, written content, branding, graphics, and other original content displayed on this website belong to PlushWhisper or are used with appropriate permission.
